Before your appointment, close windows, unlock any gates needed for access, and move vehicles away from the driveway or other areas being cleaned. Patio furniture, decorations, and other belongings should also be moved out of the work zone.
Please make sure an outdoor water spigot is available. Keep pets inside or safely away from the work area. You do not need to be home as long as the property and necessary surfaces are accessible.
We perform a walkthrough before cleaning, photograph existing concerns, protect sensitive areas, and inspect the results afterward. If you are home, we will invite you to approve the work before we pack up.
